Dental Implant Procedures

Immediate Implants, "one day dental implants," or "teeth in an hour" are becoming a popular choice. Often, teeth that are badly broken or infected can be removed, and implants can be placed, in that same appointment. This allows our patients to leave with beautiful replacement teeth the day they come in. For some patients, the placement of dental implants is a two-step process. First, the implants are placed within your jawbone and begin to integrate with the bone. After the implant has bonded to the jawbone, Dr. Butterman will make your new teeth — crown, bridge or denture, which will ultimately improve both function and aesthetics. Most patients do not experience any disruption in their daily life during the implant process.
