Insurance Information

We accept all traditional dental insurance plans.  We are preferred providers for Aetna, Assurant Health, Cigna, Delta, Great West and Guardian.  We also submit other PPO insurance claims as an out-of-network provider.  If you would like more information regarding your insurance benefits, please call or email us with your name, date of birth, insurance company name, and subscriber identification number.  We will contact you promptly with detailed plan benefits.
