Scheduling Your Visit

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Using our on-target scheduling system, we can create an appointment tailored to meet your needs, often within 24 hours of your call. We always reserve Same Day Appointments for patients who require Emergency Dental Treatment. If you are experiencing pain, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We strive to complete your dental care quickly and professionally during one appointment, freeing up your valuable time to enjoy life. To schedule your visit, call or email us today. Please assist us by providing the following information prior your appointment:

Your completed Patient Information Form (secure online submission).
Your dental insurance information.
If you have recent dental x-rays from another office and would like to have them evaluated during your visit, please email the x-rays to info@ButtermanDental.com.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to surgery (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics for pre-medication).
